Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a food processing environment.
• High school graduate; college-level math/chemistry coursework or an Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Sample from batch tanks, silos, tankers, and packaged products.
• Enter data into Portal/CitrOS/Sage with accuracy and speed.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment at shift start.
• Prepare COAs and maintain retention sample policy.
• Assist in training technicians as necessary.
