Ventura Coastal, LLC in Visalia, CA is seeking a QA Lab Relief II to sample finished products and test inbound/outbound tankers, blends, silos and packaged goods. You will perform analytical tests as time permits and enter data into the Portal/CitrOS/Sage.

This role reports to the QA Supervisor and may work any shift as needed. This position requires 2 years in a food processing environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and the ability to work the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in a food processing environment.
• High school diploma; associates degree preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Sample from batch tanks, silos and tankers for testing.
• Perform analytical tests per specification (citric acid, brix, etc.).
• Enter data into Portal/CitrOS/Sage accurately and quickly.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment at the start of each shift.
• Create labels and COAs for products.
• Audit processes during production runs and trainings.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
