Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a food processing environment.
• High school diploma; college coursework in math/chemistry or an associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow sterile sampling protocols.
• Able to operate laboratory equipment and perform routine tests per spec.

Responsibilities

• Pull samples from batch tanks, silos, tankers, and packaging lines.
• Create labels for retention samples and enter data accurately into systems (Portal/CitrOS/Sage).
• Perform tests (citric acid, brix, pulp, color, flavor) as time permits.
• Calibrate lab equipment at shift start and assist with COA preparation.
• Support CCP documentation and perform pre-operational audits as needed.
• Provide training assistance to technicians and maintain safety practices.
