Novolex is seeking a Quality & Compliance Technician to ensure products meet specifications and safety standards. Located in Florence, KY, this role requires a commitment to safety and quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities include conducting quality tests, maintaining compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, and leading safety training sessions. Ideal candidates will have two years of production or quality experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Two years of production, quality or safety experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform quality testing in QA Lab for various metrics.
• Assist with internal audits and inspections.
