Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Quality Lab Technician in Florence, KY to protect the process by testing and approving materials and finished products. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with Quality, Production, Regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

The position offers first, second, and third shifts with a pay rate of $24.00–$30.00 per hour and opportunities for training and career growth within a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of QC/QA lab experience in GMP-regulated environment required.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical testing of raw materials, production batches, line samples, and finished products.
• Analyze and document test results and ensure products meet quality specs.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and quality documentation.
• Support GMP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 compliance activities and audits.
• Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Train employees on laboratory procedures and quality standards.
