Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures.
• Able to effectively communicate.
• Ability to successfully multi task in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all products (can liners and packaging) to ensure quality aligns with Novolex standards and customer specs.
• Collaborate with Plant Management to meet production goals and quality standards.
