Job summary

Actus Nutrition in Wisconsin is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead the plant laboratory and ensure GMP compliance across audits and daily testing. You will oversee QA personnel, develop SOPs, and drive quality improvements to meet specifications for raw materials and finished products.

Responsibilities include managing analytical testing, logging findings, coordinating COA activities, and supporting customer and internal quality investigations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the laboratory at the plant facility and ensure GMP compliance.
• Lead QA personnel and develop SOPs and quality specifications.
• Complete GMP audits and log findings monthly.
• Coordinate COA testing and analytical testing of ingredients and finished products.
• Record all testing results and calibrations; drive improvements and best practices.
