Job summary

Actus Nutrition in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated QA Technician to join our laboratory team. You will conduct and interpret lab tests, prepare samples, and support GMP-compliant operations in a fast-paced food-grade facility.

Qualifications

• Prior laboratory experience in a food-grade facility preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures.
• Proficient with computer software/programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Opportunity to advance to QA Tech II after 1 year with Actus Nutrition qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret lab tests.
• Prepare samples for shipment to testing locations.
• Answer technical product questions from management.
• Perform data reporting from laboratory computations.
• Troubleshoot lab issues and maintain equipment.
• Assist inventory control and ensure GMP compliance.
• Review MSDS and document lab results.
• Communicate results to management and participate in QA processes.
• Send OOS notices as needed.
