Job summary

Stryker is offering an RA/QA Quality Assurance internship where you will gain hands-on experience supporting quality processes to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality systems, documentation, and processes while learning from leaders who mentor you.

As part of the program, you will support audits, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to help deliver safe, effective products for patients

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field and must remain enrolled after internship.
• GPA 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
