Qualifications

• Current pursuit of Bachelor's or Master's in a related field; must stay enrolled.
• GPA 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System activities to maintain compliance.
• Assist with Nonconformance reporting; investigate issues and document findings.
• Support Corrective and Preventive Action activities; assist root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, and Operations.
• Review and organize quality documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement projects to strengthen quality processes.
