Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cross-train through departments to learn hands-on skills in industrial/engineering tech.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing processes, quality and safety improvements.
• Collaborate with team on process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Complete special projects with analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist with troubleshooting and lab/inspection tasks.
• Support documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Perform chemical analysis and physical testing of steel samples.
• Verify test results against specifications and assist traceability.
