Job summary

Hankook Tire in Clarksville, TN seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer I to support process design, operation, and implementation across manufacturing. You will troubleshoot, audit, drive improvements, and ensure product and quality systems integrity.

You will collaborate with plant manufacturing, engineering, and external parties, applying latest quality practices and tools to prevent defects and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 0+ years of proven engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product and quality systems integrity.
• Support plant interfacing with manufacturing, engineering and external organizations.
• Develop and enforce quality standards and process improvements.
• Conduct audits and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Train and coach operators on correct processes and procedures.
