Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related engineering field required.
• Advanced degree preferred for related field.
• Experience in manufacturing quality and process improvements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives in the workplace.
• Improve processes to eliminate and prevent defects.
• Assist in development and execution of quality plans and audits.
• Document and enforce quality standards and specifications.
• Interact with manufacturing, engineering and external stakeholders.
• Support testing protocols and equipment maintenance.
• Report project status and findings to management.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams on process improvements.
