Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for the 3rd shift onsite. You will inspect parts, tools, and gauges following written procedures, using fixed and variable measuring instruments, including CMM, and document results.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years quality assurance inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and perform dimensional and visual inspection on parts, tools, gauges per procedures.
• Use fixed and variable measuring instruments, including automated CMM, to check dimensions and record results.
• Compute nonconformances and complete related paperwork.
• Follow procedures to perform in-line checks and verify dimensions.
• Identify when repairs or replacements are needed for equipment.
• Perform routine servicing and ensure equipment operates properly.
• Assist with specialized inspection processes such as SPC programs.
