Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure HM labeling accuracy and to supervise product surveillance at the warehouse. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fluctuating warehouse environment.

The candidate will develop and implement quality control plans, update SOPs, and generate monthly and quarterly reports. Proficiency in Excel/Word and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in controlling, managing, distributing, and storing HM or other inventory management.
• 3+ years using an HM tracking system equivalent to EESOH‑MIS.
• Experience managing a QC program as a primary duty, establishing control procedures, analyzing data, performing surveillances.
• Knowledge in organizing, conducting, implementing, and reporting Process Improvement Projects.
• Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, organization, and written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement Quality Control and Safety Plans.
• Review, update, and maintain SOPs and process instructions.
• Execute procedures for monthly and quarterly reports and RFIs.
• Manage Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP).
• Capable of investigating problems and formulating recommendations.
