Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead distribution center quality assurance and control activities. You will supervise auditors, drive containment actions, and coordinate nonconforming material disposition while ensuring traceability and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Quality, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field required.
• Three or more years of quality experience in manufacturing, including supervision or team leadership.
• Knowledge of inspection methods, nonconforming material control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality management systems.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, tolerances, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and prioritize daily work of auditors and quality personnel across incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Provide shift direction, workload balance, coaching, cross-training, and escalation support for warehouse quality coverage.
• Ensure inspections and tests align with drawings, specs, control plans, work instructions, sampling plans, and customer requirements.
• Authorize holds and containment when material or product fails, maintaining traceability.
• Coordinate timely review and disposition of nonconforming material with responsible functions.
