Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Software QA Engineer to validate new features and bug fixes. The role is ~80% manual testing and 20% automation, using Python for scripting and test automation.

You will work closely with software engineers in a fast-paced development environment in the United States. The candidate should have strong manual QA experience, good defect-tracking skills, and a solid understanding of Agile processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software QA or software testing experience.
• Strong manual functional and regression testing experience.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Basic to intermediate Python scripting experience.
• Understanding of Agile software development processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing for new features and bug fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure releases are issue-free.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate repeatable tests.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and validation docs.
• Support two-week cycles with ~5 new features and 15 bug fixes per sprint.
• Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and improve quality.
