Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a QA Engineer to partner with engineering, services and field teams to build and validate products for demanding customer deployments. You will formulate test strategies, plan tests, and develop scripts/tools to validate functional, performance, and scalability aspects of Platform and Software solutions.

This role requires 2–4 years in telecom/data networking and network security, with strong debugging, OS/networking knowledge and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or MS in CS/ECE/TCE/EEE or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience in Telecom/Data Networking and network security.

Responsibilities

• Write test strategy and test plans and develop tools to validate functional, performance and scalability aspects.
• Partner with Engineering, Services and Field Engineers to ensure high-end customer deployments and validation.
