Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking an SQA Engineer who will work as an individual contributor with Engineering, Services and Field Engineers to validate the Products and Solutions for high end customer deployments.

You will participate from design, development to deployment and beyond, writing test strategy, test plans and developing automated test frameworks, tools and scripts to cover functional, performance and scalability aspects of Platform and Software solution validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a relevant field and strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
• 2-4 years of experience in Telecom/Data Networking and Network Security.
• Hands-on test automation experience with modern frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Write test strategy and test plans for products and solutions.
• Develop automated test frameworks, tools and scripts.
• Cover functional, performance and scalability aspects of validation.
• Collaborate with design, development, services and field teams through deployment and beyond.
• Build robust, maintainable test automation infrastructure and suites.
