Job summary

Velo3D in Fremont, CA is seeking a QA Engineer to design and implement tests for our desktop tool suite that prepares, validates, and monitors 3D printing jobs. You will design tests from the perspective of a 3D printing applications engineer and drive release processes with devops and software teammates to automate tests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in testing or QA.
• Familiarity with CAD-like desktop apps.
• Experience designing tests for and testing desktop software or experience with 3D printing.
• Optional experience with Qt applications.
• Experience working with software engineers.
• Experience working with technical users of software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans for testing out desktop tools.
• Work with applications engineers to reproduce and triage bugs.
