Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in the United States seeks a QA Engineer I - Digital Platforms to help deliver high-quality digital experiences across Milwaukee Tool's customer-facing apps such as MilwaukeeTool.com, APIs, PACKOUT Builder, and Custom PPE solutions.

You will work with developers, product owners, business analysts, and fellow QA engineers to learn systems, understand processes, and contribute to quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of QA or software testing experience.
• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web and API-based applications.
• Develop understanding of Milwaukee Tool's digital platforms and customer experiences.
• Involve with requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Identify, document, and track defects and communicate findings to developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain QA documentation.
• Assist with validation of website content and customer-facing functionality.
• Learn and apply quality engineering best practices and automation concepts.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation activities.
