Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a QA Engineer I – Digital Platforms to ensure high-quality digital experiences across customer-facing applications. You will work hybrid in our Downtown Milwaukee Office, collaborating with developers, product owners, BAs, and fellow QA engineers to learn systems and contribute to quality throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years in Quality Assurance or software testing.
• Solid understanding of software testing concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of web techs, APIs, or test automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Learn Milwaukee Tool's digital platforms and business processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear communication.
• Participate in backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies.
• Create and maintain test cases, data, and QA docs.
• Validate website content, product information, and customer features.
• Apply quality engineering best practices and automation concepts.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation.
• Monitor testing status and raise risks to the team.
