Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an QA Engineer I to enhance digital experiences across customer-facing applications. You will work with developers, product owners, BAs, and fellow QAs to understand systems, learn processes, and drive quality throughout the software lifecycle.

You will perform functional, regression, and API testing, maintain test artifacts, and contribute to Agile ceremonies while growing your knowledge of automation and quality practices.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of QA, software testing, or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of software development and testing concepts.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web and API-based apps.
• Learn Milwaukee Tool's digital platforms and business processes.
• Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and document defects and communicate findings clearly.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain QA artifacts.
• Assist with test data, validation, and release activities.
