Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a QA Engineer I for Digital Platforms to support high‑quality digital experiences across customer‑facing applications. You will work with developers, product owners, and QA peers to understand systems, write and execute tests, and ensure reliable software delivery.

In this role, you will refine test cases, contribute to backlog grooming, and participate in Agile ceremonies, while expanding your knowledge of APIs and web technologies.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web and API-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and communicate findings to developers.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and QA documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation activities.

Job Description:QA Engineer I – Digital Platforms**Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Sponsorship is not available for this position.** This position will be Hybrid in our Downtown Milwaukee Office ( Not Remote)Your Role on Our Team:As a QA Engineer I – Digital Platforms , you will support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across Milwaukee Tool's customer-facing applications.In this role, you will partner closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and fellow QA engineers to learn our systems, understand business processes, and contribute to quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
