Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead test fixture design and validation for service operations and new product development. You’ll develop electrical, mechanical, and software-based test solutions and drive documentation, standards, and acceptance criteria across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Support to resolve issues, analyze data, and ensure readiness for launches with travel to service locations as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; design portfolio preferred.
• Experience with test fixture design, development, and implementation.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical fixture design.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience integrating test equipment, software, and databases.
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and implementation of test fixtures and test systems.
• Design electrical, mechanical, and software-based test solutions for service and NPD.
• Validate test systems, fixtures, equipment, and processes prior to use.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and drawings.
• Coordinate with NPD and cross-functional teams to meet launch requirements.
• Travel to service locations and suppliers as needed.
