Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer to define test strategy and lead functional, regression, migration, security, integration, release, and sprint testing. The role emphasizes ensuring quality across enterprise applications and ACWS environments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a technical field, 4+ years of software testing experience, and relevant certifications such as CSTE or Security+. Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years in software testing, QA, test execution, or enterprise application validation.
• Certified Software Tester(CSTE), Agile, or comparable certification preferred; CompTIA Security+ required.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, regression suites, automated test scripts, and defect reports.
• Experience performing functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, automated, and release testing for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, data, and regression suites.
• Validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, APIs, reports, and business requirements across ACWS environments.
• Document test results, defects, validation outcomes, quality metrics, and release readiness recommendations.
• Support defect triage, retesting, user acceptance testing, deployment validation, and production readiness activities.
• Coordinate testing across sprints and releases.
• Improve automation, metrics, and reusable test assets.

QA Engineer Summary

Required Skills

• Experience supporting Army, DoD, acquisition, contracting, or federal enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing, automation, and test data generation concepts.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$110,000 - $120,000 USD
