Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years QA experience in clean manufacturing (food/bev/pharma).
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• GLP/GMP knowledge and compliance with OSHA/EPA.
• Strong SAP/MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food Safety Program and QA team to meet quality/safety KPIs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse to optimize results.
• Guide factory staff on Safety/Environmental programs and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory for quality/safety supplies.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
