Qualifications

• Capability to set milestones and rally support behind a vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering workload distribution and prioritization.
• Monitor department capacity, backlog and project demand for on-time delivery.
• Oversee technical review processes for quotes, orders and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular engineering team meetings and align priorities.
• Support manufacturing and cross-functional teams with guidance on production or testing.
