National Blood Testing Cooperative (NBTC) in Stone Mountain, GA seeks an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead the Quality Management System for testing services across multiple blood centers.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, CAPA, supplier qualification, and document control while partnering with lab leadership to drive performance improvements and ensure safe, accurate, timely testing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in science or allied discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a blood center, blood banking, or related healthcare laboratory environment.
• MLS/ASCP or SBB/ASCP certification preferred.
• CMQ/OE or CQA certification through ASQ preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QA/QA programs and document control across functions.
• Maintain quality assurance procedures and internal audit program.
• Develop and report KPI data and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/CLIA/AABB/21 CFR/OSHA and related standards.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
