Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management to lead clinical laboratory services and drive operational excellence onsite. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, budgets, quality, and accreditation.

The executive leader will coordinate with clinical and regulatory teams, ensuring timely reporting, staff development, and ongoing process improvement to support patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, or a related field AND at least 12 years of experience in medical technology, clinical laboratory sciences, or healthcare; OR
• At least 15 years of experience in medical technology, clinical laboratory sciences, or a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports in a healthcare-related environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing operational or project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical laboratory services.
• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, workforce performance, quality, compliance, accreditation, and financial management.
• Partner with clinical, regulatory, and external stakeholders to advance laboratory excellence and organizational priorities.
