Job summary

The Quality Control Coordinator at Fanatics Collect will lead on-site quality audits and partner with engineering, QA, and supply chain to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements. You will compile inspection data, generate reports, and communicate quality issues to internal teams and suppliers.

Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, this 1st shift role requires the ability to work extended hours as production demands, with hands-on involvement in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with conducting quality inspections and addressing issues promptly
• Background in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma a plus
• Experience maintaining quality, safety and compliance in manufacturing
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, QA, and supply chain
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections to ensure adherence to quality procedures
• Compile data and create reports on quality levels for internal and external stakeholders
