Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to compile and communicate audit information to all levels of management, ensuring the quality received by internal departments as well as outside services and suppliers.

This in-person role on 1st shift interfaces with product development teams and our manufacturing network, requiring strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain high quality levels across the organization.

Qualifications

• Print industry experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
• Experience conducting quality inspections and addressing quality issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections and review performance of every job and form to ensure adherence to quality procedures and customer requirements.
• Create reports and communicate quality issues to internal departments and external vendors to show quality levels and improvements.
