Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, human services, or related field or four years’ equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum two years in program coordination and program assessment within community-based or funded settings.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in database management and troubleshooting for subsidy programs (Care Connect, Care Portal, DocuSign, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Conduct training sessions for new staff on policies and procedures and updates to regulations.
• Perform Quality Assurance reviews of program files; identify trends and improve results.
• Monitor compliance with state, county, and agency regulations through regular assessments.
• Enter and maintain review findings in approved report templates for documentation and analysis.
• Develop SOPs, memorandums, and training materials as needed; support policy changes and trainings.
• Contribute to written participant communications regarding policy changes or services.
• Collaborate on projects to meet contract goals and provide high service levels to participants.
