• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of direct services experience in developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Community Living compliance with BQIS, CARF, and Rauch policies and procedures.
• Assist with developing and updating policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify required staff training and monitor completion and documentation.
• Support the integration of health and safety policies into daily Community Living operations.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to DSPs regarding compliance and performance.
• Participate in agency committees, planning activities, and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and person-centered work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
