With 5+ years in QA within environmental labs and 2+ years in leadership, you’ll oversee audits, training, and corrective actions, shaping a culture of excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years QA experience in an environmental lab, with 2+ years in leadership.
• At least 2 years supervisory role ensuring compliance to accrediting bodies (e.g., TNI).
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and quality initiatives in a lab.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team and foster a culture of responsiveness and continuous improvement.
• Mentor staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Partner with lab director and ops managers to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives to optimize processes.
• Oversee QA/QC data integrity, audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
