Job summary

SnugZ USA, an FDA-regulated manufacturer in Utah, seeks a Quality Assurance Assistant who will ensure records are complete, accurate, and inspection-ready. Reporting to QA Manager, you’ll review batch records, logbooks, and forms, coordinate testing, and support material movements into inventory.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong MS Office skills, able to handle confidential information, and capable of supporting CAPAs, audits, and training records within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Preferred: science-related degree or regulatory/compliance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Review batch records, logbooks, and QA forms for completeness and GDP.
• Perform audit trail reviews once trained.
• Coordinate sample testing with outside labs and maintain COAs.
• Assist in material movement into inventory after QA approval.
• Manage controlled documents; track SOP revisions and approvals.
• Support CAPAs, investigations, audits, and training records.
• Provide general admin support to the Quality & Compliance team.
