QA & Business Analyst: LDAP to AD Migration

Job summary

VIVA USA INC is seeking a Business Analyst/QA Analyst to support migration of sites from LDAP to Active Directory, defining security role requirements and driving testing efforts. You will execute, automate, and validate deployments while providing post-production support in a fast-paced environment.

Required experience includes business analysis, QA practices, SQL, test data management, and familiarity with Jira and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processes.
• Demonstrated experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box and grey-box testing.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETL.
• Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data development and research.
• Experience working in multiple test environments and management of test data across them.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Define security role requirements for LDAP to Active Directory migrations and validate deployments.
• Execute and automate testing, ensuring SDLC compliance and post-production support.
• Coordinate testing across multiple environments and manage test data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in Call Center, Retail, and Security apps.
