Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support an LDAP to Active Directory migration. The role blends business analysis and quality assurance across multiple environments, focusing on requirements gathering, security roles, test planning, data validation, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate has significant SDLC/STLC experience and can translate business needs into testable solutions, performing both functional and technical testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BP/QA related roles with BA/QA responsibilities.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
• SDLC and STLC understanding required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Define and document security role and access requirements for LDAP→AD migration.
• Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and test data.
• Execute manual and automated testing across UI, backend, data conversion, and ETL.
• Apply black-box and gray-box testing techniques.
• Validate deployments and migration results across environments.
• Perform data validation using SQL queries.
• Coordinate test data across environments.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Support regression, integration, system, and security testing.
