Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA and QA experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements.
• Strong STLC understanding.
• Experience with test architecture and black/grey box testing.
• Manual and automated testing across UI, backend, ETL.
• Experience creating, executing, and analyzing SQL queries.
• Test data management across environments.
• Proficient in Jira and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of applications from LDAP to Active Directory.
• Gather and document business and security role requirements.
• Analyze processes and define testing strategies.
• Execute manual and automated testing activities.
• Develop and maintain test cases and documentation.
• Perform UI, backend, batch, and ETL testing.
• Utilize SQL queries for data validation.
• Track defects and progress in Jira.
• Collaborate with business, technical, security, and project teams.
• Follow EyeMed SDLC processes for BA and QA.
