AnchorFree is seeking a rock-star QA Engineer with automation experience to join our team in Silicon Valley. You will join the QA group to enhance product stability, automate tests, and partner with the platform team to test infrastructure and diagnose issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience.
• Ability to create automation framework from scratch for functional, performance and load tests.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, Mac (admin knowledge helpful).
• 3+ years of test automation in Java (TestNG, Junit) and scripting languages (Unix shell, Perl, Ruby, Python).
• Experience with backend automation tests and frontend tech stack.

Position

We are actively seeking a rock star QA Engineer with experience in automation. You will work with our QA team to make our product more stable and bug free. You should have a passion for, and expert-level of proficiency and a sharp eye for detail. You will become a key technical contributor to our QA team, responsible for implementation and execution of our automated test suites. You will also work closely with our platform team in functionally testing new and existing infrastructure components, as well as diagnosing customer and operational issues.

Job Qualifications

• Strong analytical, logical, problem recognition and solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in Agile environment under tough timelines
• 5+ years of QA experience
• Ability to create automation framework from scratch for functional, performance and load tests
• 5+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, Mac (preferably Administration knowledge/experience)
• 3+ years of test automation experience in Java (TestNG, Junit) and scripting languages (Unix shell, Perl, Ruby, Python)
• Experience in backend automation tests
• Knowledge of IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols, VPN, Proxy
• Knowledge of bug tracking, version control and test cases control systems
• Strong knowledge of frontend (HTML, Javascript, XML, CSS)
• Experience with Selenium RC
• Virtualization knowledge (Virtual Box; VMware)
