Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active secret clearance.
• Hybrid role; on-site 2 days/week in DC/Arlington.
• 8+ years IT security experience.
• 8+ years QA experience required.
• Expert knowledge of .NET environments and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to design and conduct test procedures to meet requirements.
• Expert QA knowledge for automated tools and strategies.
• Experience with QA audits and data/documentation analysis.
• Microsoft MTM experience is a major plus.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills.
• BS/BA in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or 10 years equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager on testing quality and condition.
• Oversee implementation and ensure efficiency systems.
• Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing for quality deliverables.
• Create, update and maintain QA test plans, suites and scripts.
• Find and document bugs; take ownership of QA.
• Develop and implement QA procedures for system development environments.
• Develop, maintain and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures.
• Write and report status for system test cases.
• Analyze test cases and provide progress reports.
• Ensure QA compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Complete input validation and data verification test cases.
• Assess SDLC implementation and recommend process improvements.
• Review and recommend workflow/process improvements.
• Research software products for feasibility and feature-set.
• Provide guidance and support to developers and QA.
