Plum Fintech in the United States is seeking a Senior QA/Test Automations Lead to elevate quality across our engineering teams. You will design and implement shared testing infrastructure, migrate from reactive bug catching to proactive quality engineering, and help teams ship faster with confidence.

You will establish testing standards, track quality KPIs, and enable self‑service test data creation. This is a hands‑on leadership role that rewards initiative and collaboration with engineering

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in test automation.
• Experience building testing infrastructure at scale.
• Expertise in E2E testing frameworks and mock services.
• Ability to influence engineering leads, product managers, and leadership.
• Self-starter with strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build shared testing infrastructure and E2E tooling for all squads.
• Drive testing-first culture, establish frameworks and standards.
• Track QA KPIs, review metrics, audit test coverage, fix flaky tests.
• Create admin tooling and documentation for self-service testing.
