Job summary

Mi-Case is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Lead to define and drive the automation test framework architecture, roadmap, and integration with AI-assisted tooling. You will mentor automation engineers, lead script development, and ensure automation objectives are met across test levels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QA methodology, testing types, and quality engineering principles across the full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on test automation experience with modern frameworks (Playwright preferred; Selenium acceptable), CI/CD integration.
• Experience leading load and performance testing initiatives and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical QA initiatives with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development/testing tools and championing AI adoption in QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and continuous improvement of the automation test framework.
• Own the architecture, design, and continuous improvement of the load testing framework.
• Define automation strategy and maintain the automation roadmap.
• Mentor automation engineers on framework usage and best practices.
• Participate in test analysis, design, build and execution across multiple test levels.
• Coordinate with QA Manager on planning new automation work items.
