Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an senior Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend systems. You will drive tool integration, coaching, and continuous improvement in an Agile/DevOps environment, leveraging open source and commercial tools and AI-assisted development practices.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in building automated solutions covering UI frontend, middle tier, and backend.
Leads design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks, tooling integration across teams.
Provides automation expertise, training and coaching to team members.
Researching and onboarding automation tools for IT and CI/CD integration.
Design and architect modular reusable automated testing solutions to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks across UI, API, and backend layers.
Lead workshops to gather requirements and propose automated testing processes.
Mentor automation engineers and review code for quality and security standards.
Drive continuous improvement of automation practices across Agile/DevOps teams.
Evaluate new test tools and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
