Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a proactive Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable UI, API and performance test automation frameworks for our Institutional Services clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define a test automation strategy, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous improvement through metrics and AI-assisted testing approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for UI and API tests.
• Ability to define and implement a test automation strategy across functional and non-functional areas.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing approaches and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, performance).
• Define and implement the overall test automation strategy and tooling decisions.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless test execution.
• Collaborate with Development and Product Owner teams to translate requirements into test automation plans.
• Review code and test scripts to ensure quality, scalability and maintainability.
• Drive test data strategy and environment management for automation needs.
