Job summary

Tier4 Group in Boston, MA seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to drive automation for Windows UI and web applications. You will define and implement a scalable automation framework, select tools, and collaborate with QA and application engineering teams to improve test execution and IQ processes.

You will extend automation to web UI (Selenium), write test scripts, and help establish best practices, data-driven testing, and reporting across CI pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing automation frameworks for Windows UI applications.
• Strong scripting skills in multiple languages and test automation best practices.
• Ability to design scalable automation solutions and integrate with test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation strategy and core framework components.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to extend automation to web apps (Selenium).
• Evaluate tools, develop POCs, and produce ROI analyses for tool choices.
• Develop reliable test suites and enable parallel execution for speed.
