Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a QA Automation Engineer to build and enhance automated test frameworks for web, API, and mobile apps. You will partner with developers, define best practices, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.

The role requires 5+ years of scripting in QA automation, a BS in IT/CS, and hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and modern testing tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years scripting in QA automation.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern QA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automated test frameworks for web, API and mobile apps.
• Partner with developers to define best practices and test cases.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Execute and track automated and manual tests, troubleshoot issues.
• Document frameworks and test results with actionable recommendations.
