Job summary

Intapp is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to advance our test automation tools, frameworks, and automated tests. The role emphasizes building scalable automation solutions and contributing to CI/CD pipelines, with a strong engineering mindset and passion for high-quality software.

The candidate will work across product teams, focusing on automating web app testing using Playwright, and will participate in manual testing as needed to ensure release quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software testing and test automation (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Solid understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, and web tech (HTML/CSS).
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and developers on release planning and design.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web apps.
• Create comprehensive test strategies including manual and automated tests.
• Execute manual testing when needed (exploratory, functional, regression, UAT).
• Build and maintain automation tooling using Playwright.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and report metrics for quality improvements.
