Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our Westlake, TX team. You will design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for API and UI layers, working with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, and Rest Assured in a Java environment.

In this role you will also automate Salesforce-based workflows, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across Agile teams to ensure high quality releases. Hybrid onsite work from Day 1 is available in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of hands-on functional and automation testing experience.
• Strong automation with API and UI testing across Salesforce, Angular and Node.js apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and build test strategies and cases for integration, load and functional tests.
• Develop REST API automation in Java with Rest Assured and validate responses.
• Create UI automation with Selenium WebDriver for cross-browser testing.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce tools and DevOps practices.
