Pioneering Evolution LLC. is seeking a Software QA Automation Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and release readiness of platform and application functionality in the Arlington area.

You will design test strategies, create automated front-end tests, and work with analysts, developers, and leadership to ensure traceable coverage and quality insights. The role emphasizes automated UI testing, regression coverage, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience partnering with Business Analysts and development teams to ensure testable requirements and traceability.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, and cases for new features and regression coverage.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop feature-level test strategies and plans.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Validate functionality in end-to-end workflows and integrations.
• Identify defects, track issues, and verify fixes with developers.
• Support sprint execution and release readiness through quality insights.
